We accept all major Visa and Mastercard cards through our website. We also offer the facility to pay using PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
How do I redeem a promotional code?
All discount codes and vouchers are redeemed at checkout. Please enter your promotional or e-voucher code into the relevant box at checkout below your shopping bag summary, ensuring that you click 'Apply’ before proceeding. Please note only one promotional or voucher code can be used per order, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions/sales.
I have forgotten to enter a discount code, can this be applied afterwards?

Can I purchase samples?
You are able to purchase 20x20cm swatch samples for a limited range of our products. View our range of samples here.

We will not share your details with any third parties, we love to keep in touch though so from time to time we will send you emails and brochures with our latest products and offers. If you would like to opt out of receiving these then you can manage your marketing preferences through your account or by emailing email@example.com

What is the lead time on my order?
We aim to get your order out the next working day however we currently advise a 3-5 working day lead time on all orders due to the pressure on couriers. If we envisage any delays with your order then our team will give you a call to discuss your options. Please note that any bespoke orders have a lead time of up to 16 weeks.
How much is delivery?

Where are your rugs made?
Some of our rugs are made at our mills in Yorkshire, but for the rugs we’re not able to produce ourselves they come from our partners in India, China and Turkey. To check the origin of a certain rug please check the relevant product details.
I don’t like ordering online, can I place my order over the phone.
