Here are some of the questions we have been asked about our rugs, if you have a question please contact us.

  • Do you send out samples?Please contact info@rugguru.co.uk with any requests for samples and our friendly team will get back to you within 24hrs.
  • Do you have any stockists local to me?Please use our stockist locator to find your nearest Rug Guru stockist.
  • How do I look after my Rug Guru rug?All of our rugs are professional dry clean only. We therefore recommend you consult a professional carpet/rug cleaning company.
  • I’m not happy with my rug, how do I arrange a return?We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products but If you are not 100% satisfied with your rug then please get in touch with our friendly team by emailing info@rugguru.co.uk or by calling 01484 864304 and quoting your order number. Return postage and packaging costs are non-refundable but if the mat is faulty we will cover the cost for you, please keep proof of postage in case it gets lost on the way to us.
  • A size or colour I want is out of stock online, will you be receiving more stock?We are constantly replenishing our stock levels so if the rug you want is showing as out of stock the please contact our team by emailing info@rugguru.co.uk or by calling 01484 864304.
  • I’m not able to order online, is it possible to order over the phone?Yes, we are happy to take orders over the phone, call us on 01484 864304
  • How do I redeem a promotional code offer?All discount codes and vouchers are redeemed before going into the checkout process. Please enter your promotional or E-Voucher codes into the relevant boxes below your shopping bag summary, ensuring that you click Apply before proceeding. Please note only one promotional code can be used per order.
  • I am a retailer interested in stocking your rugs, how do I go about setting a trade account up?We are always interested in talking to new stockists, please email our team on info@rugguru.co.uk and your enquiry will be passed on to the relevant person.
